MerdekaWin Terms & Conditions – Complete Policies for Malaysia's Digital Entertainment Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and MerdekaWin ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by MerdekaWin under the domain merdekawin.click.

By performing any of the following actions — registering a new account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game or simply browsing the MerdekaWin platform — you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

To be eligible to register for and use MerdekaWin's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any MerdekaWin employee or business partner.
• Never been officially banned from gambling by any authority.
• Registering solely for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of any third party.

MerdekaWin is not liable if a third party registers an account using false information. Any losses arising from unauthorised registration are the sole responsibility of the individual who committed the fraudulent act.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at MerdekaWin at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or using false information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, active email address, a valid Malaysian phone number and identification details. MerdekaWin will verify this information in accordance with our internal procedures.

• The full name provided during registration must match the name on a valid government-issued identification document (MyKad or passport).
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must not share your login details with anyone.
• All activity that takes place within your account — including bets placed and withdrawals made — is entirely your responsibility.
• Any unauthorised access must be reported to MerdekaWin immediately through official support channels.

MerdekaWin accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. All transactions are processed through the following local Malaysian payment methods:

MerdekaWin is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within less than 5 minutes for e-wallet and FPX methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise advised by the support team.
• Any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are fulfilled. Only the cash portion (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn at any time.

General bonus rules that apply to all offers:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device or IP address.

Sports Betting at MerdekaWin covers football (EPL, Malaysia Super League and more), badminton (BWF), e-sports, tennis, basketball and a wide range of other sports. The following specific rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances outlined in the bet cancellation policy.
• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be fully refunded to the player's account.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours, bets will be refunded unless the match result has been determined within that period.
• The odds displayed are those applicable at the time the bet is confirmed. If odds change between placement and confirmation due to a technical issue, the bet will be settled at the odds at the time of placement or voided at MerdekaWin's discretion.
• MerdekaWin reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet without the need to provide a reason, particularly bets of an unusual or suspicious value.

As a MerdekaWin member, you agree to uphold the following standards of conduct in all interactions with the platform and the broader player community:

• Not using threatening, abusive, harassing, or harmful language in any communication with the support team or other players.
• Not attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerabilities or technical bugs in the platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported to MerdekaWin immediately.
• Not claiming winnings or manipulating game results through any unauthorised means.
• Not to use a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for the purpose of bypassing regional restrictions or platform eligibility requirements.
• Not using a credit or debit card that does not belong to you to make deposits.

MerdekaWin reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.

• Misuse of bonuses or promotions in violation of the offer's terms.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards the support team.
• Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 18.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the account holder.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the MerdekaWin support team via Live Chat or email. Upon closure, any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned in accordance with standard procedures, subject to KYC compliance and security checks.

MerdekaWin provides this platform on an "as is" basis and strives to ensure it operates smoothly and reliably. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, server failures or issues entirely beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, MerdekaWin is not liable for:

• Any service disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet infrastructure issues, power failures, or natural disasters.

MerdekaWin reserves the right to amend, update or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, except where changes are required immediately for security or legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.
